Symbols of Our State: A Walk Through Mississippi Culture and Industry

A new exhibit titled "Symbols of Our State: A Walk Through Mississippi Culture and Industry" is currently on display at the Louis Burns Brock, Jay Brock, and Hank Brock Gallery in the Old Main Academic Center. Curated by the MSU Museums and Galleries Committee, this exhibit explores and celebrates Mississippi’s Bicentennial through artifacts, art, photographs, audio and other materials collected from various areas of campus. The exhibit will run from September 22-November 29, 2017 with an opening reception Friday, Sept. 22, 2017, from 5pm-7pm. This exhibit is funded by a grant from the Mississippi Humanities Council, through support from the Mississippi Development Authority. The gallery will be open from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday and the exhibit is free for the public.
